Pre-Order Information

  • For items available on pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be noted on the product page.
  • Please note: All shipping timeframes (including express and standard shipping) are calculated from the date of dispatch — not the order date.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–5 business days.
  • Orders are processed within 24- 72 hours.
  • You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

 

📦 We currently do not ship internationally.

 

Returns Policy

General Return Policy

  • We offer a 90 Work Day Free Return Policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible:
  • The return must be initiated, and the item(s) posted, within 90 work days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition, including all tags and accessories.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Try Before You Buy Returns

  • If you placed your order through our Try Before You Buy program:
  • You have 11 days (10-Day Trial + 1-Day Grace Period) from the delivery date to decide if you'd like to keep the item.
  • If you choose to return it within this trial period, your card will not be charged.
  • To avoid being charged, the return must be initiated within the 11-day window and the product must be in unused, returnable condition.

⚠️ If you keep the product past the trial window or fail to return it in its original condition, your card will be automatically charged.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please email support@thecozydesk.com with your order number and a photo of the item(s) to verify their condition.
  • If you're returning part of a bundle, your refund will reflect the current sale price of any items you choose to keep.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed (excluding Try Before You Buy) once your return is received and inspected.
  • Exchanges are processed as a return + repurchase (you’ll be refunded first, then can place a new order).

 

Order Modifications

You may update your shipping address or personal details within 90 minutes of placing your order. After that, please contact us at support@thecozydesk.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, reach out to our customer service team. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and provide a replacement if the loss is confirmed.
